Pros

- Willow Bridge has structured Onboarding - The Knowledge Center is a good reference - Each property runs more individually to its region/needs

Cons

- Inconsistent Communication distributed from management to different coworkers - Paper Paychecks are not distributed on time. I was not paid on time for my first or my last pay check. - Revolving Door of Management Office Presence & Accountability - Monthly schedule was made mid month, lunch times were changed by management to accommodate their personal lives on the spot, and rules would change to benefit their opinion at that time - I was told my Property Manager was the direct contact for my Paystubs. They never gave me my first pay stub and let it sit under their desk for days. - At the final paystub, I handed my PM my updated address in person and was informed I would receive a text informing me if I would be paid Direct Deposit or via Paper Check. This never occurred. Who is truly responsible here? - Was let go for writing a note informing resident of a Maint. Manager decision - Resident was illegally locked out of their home on a current lease - never my decision. I wrote a note so they new their home was not locked due to burglary, I did not decide to lock them out. - Was let go right before approved PTO - Was juiced for overtime - often worked until 8 pm - Management would deny factual experiences (Ex. Digital keys were not moved out/deleted from apartment homes, allowing full access to apartment homes via virtual phone app after resident moved out and new residents moved in, Not returning Mail Keys after move outs and constant rekeying mail boxes with USPS, and a 4 year employee proudly declaring they do not work with SMART Housing is a direct discrimination against Fair Housing Laws. - Office Bullying went reported, continued, and was used as a competition tactic to keep leasing trends high - Property Manager went back on their word - regarding my commission - PM told me an incorrect direction to place a New Special on a lease, when I discovered they were wrong, they said fix it and if any residents do not sign in time, I will still honor your commission. I got 9/10 signatures in 24 hours and then the next day the final signature was done. The PM went back on her word, stating she never has seen her Regional Manager go back and change a commission. - Property Manager would shake when we were on the phone with Regional. - PM came into office declaring her husband wants a divorce and she would be changing her work ethic and attitude all in one go. - Assistant Property manager would often walk by and say you guys make more money than me - Trauma Bonded Office used gossip as a currency

Pros

Only Pro is the location you’d be working in.

Cons

Way too many to list but I’ll give it a go. AWFUL management! From the community manager and up. No Human Resources to voice your concerns, no training & support, micromanagement, some staff’s directive are different from one person to the next in the same position. Upper management will sell you on a bill of goods and not deliver. An incredible lack of professionalism! Incredibly disrespectful and belittling. Unorganized. All this and no one to voice these concerns with. I strongly recommend not working for this company unless you’re in dire strays. If I could give this rating zero stars I would, or even a half star. Because a full star is embellishing.
