Pros

Seasonal job, so great for college students looking to make good money during the summer. You get to enjoy the spring and summer months outside.

Cons

When weather is terrible and it is extremely slow, you are still asked to work. It can get very cold and wet.

Pros

Free range ball, 30% discount, drive golf carts all day, driving a tractor, fun culture everyone swears and gets along, great exercise

Cons

Getting dirty everyday (i was fine with that but others wont), heavy lifting ( you have to lift baskets of golf balls)
