Respectable attorneys. But tends to take part in the micro-managing.

micro-management poor moral no incentives not sensitive to the staff needs does not give back to the community shows no staff appreciation pays below the market rate $100 bonuses or no bonuses very low raises or no raises a neat paperless desk is the way to go??? This is a Law Firm, not a model office!!! no attempt to better the office environment no after hours activities or events any complaints or suggestions? Tough!!! I'm managing the office not you. no overtime meals no overtime cab rides home no hot water in the kitchen no drinking water no training
