      Very good health benefits. Decent retirement for retail/grocery. Guaranteed raises based on hours worked.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about you or your coworkers, or the workload they're asking of you. They will work you to the bone and all they want to hear from you is a thumb's up and an "everything's great, boss!"
