      Pros

      The Benefits and the store has lots of good products is still growing.

      Cons

      Lack of positive thinking management. The Managers don't want to hear what we have to say and do not want to hear our end of the rope. All they care about is themselves and don't have time to give workers under them confidence and there is no Team work.

      Pros

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break
