Pros
Benefits for part-time staff, more respectful customers, helpful co-workers from all departments, simple work. I used to work for a pizza joint where I had rude customers that would find a way to get free pizza by complaining, employees who were doing nothing, and zero lunch breaks. Working at WinCo proved to be a better work environment.
Cons
Customers. You'll never avoid rude and cranky customers.
