      Pros

      Great starting pay and benefits of owning stock within the company.

      Cons

      They will rip hours away from you with no remorse. If you don't hit ridiculous goals that cut your hours than you still lose hours on a weekly basis.

      Pros

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break
