Pros
- Health insurance is amazing, you only need to work 25 hrs/week to maintain - 24 hour operation, I was able to work nights while I finished college - They promote from within, opportunities to advance - Employee owned
Cons
- Be ready to work every holiday and weekend - Hours not guaranteed, they can get cut (if you work hard you should be ok) - Poor in-store management (I worked under three assistant managers, two of them had no idea what they were doing and created unnecessary work for us) - Very strict attendance/lunch/break policies
