      Flexible schedule. Work more hours of need in different departments

      Cons

      Super strict about calling off. If you called off 3 or 4 times in a year you will get fired regardless your reason medical , death in family , sick. There were no excuses there.

      Pros

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break
