Pros

they provide great benefits to employees. health, dental, vision, paid holidays, sick pay and vacation pay, ESOP stock program, 401K (no match) They start you out at little above minimum wage which is better than other grocery stores or big chain retailers in the area. Just a couple months ago, they changed the break policy and employees are now allowed to go outside on their ten minute breaks. Raises after amount of hours worked, not performance based.

Cons

the job is so monotonous!!! The training is bare minimal. Make sure you read and reread all the policies because management is not very clear. If you clock in three minutes late, its two points. The scheduling is absolutley crazy. I think they offer all these benefits because it's so hard to even get to point of obtaining them!! Work until midnight, come back in at nine am... they do not emphasis team work, very much individual based. So boring. lower clientele customer base because of the prices.

Pros

Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

Cons

The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break
