So many cons to working for them! If you don't like to be appreciated for the hard work that you do without complaining and like to be mistreated as the employees that screw off at work (and whose slack you have to pick up) get offered better positions and better hours, or if you like working for a place where seniority means nothing, then by all means work for them.
