After working there for a long period of time, they cut your hours. Seniority doesn't mean anything, expected to work very hard and get everything done in little time. If you do work hard, you may not get promoted even if you've been there for awhile. Attendance is very strict, cannot be more than two minutes early or late. Not sure how this can be classified as employee owned, never received benefits after working full time for several months. Schedule is given one week in advance.
