Pros
Good pay excellent benefits. Applied for cashier position. Was hired as bakery clerk. Gave extra time for training. Able to transfer to different department if desired.
Cons
Pay increase by hours worked. ( not performance) after about 3-4 years full time your pay tops out. So in order to make more you have to apply for higher positions. Not hard if you want the responsibility.
