Pros
Being part of the company after 5 years is a huge plus to work for this company. Also, there are raises as you accumulate hours so you don't have to beg for raises.
Cons
Some company rules are changing regarding bonuses and hours. They use to be allot more giving in the past, but I suppose the economy makes it hard to continue it for all employees.
