Terrible pay with no possibility of merit raises for hard workers. Insurance doesn't cover enough of the medical problems you will develop from working here. No consistency with work schedule. Near impossible to work full-time. Employees are penalized for being sick, which means customer food is being prepared by contagious employees. Work is unrealisticly physically demanding and damaging. Workers compensation practices border on illegal. Same-sex families are not offered equal benefits.
