Pros
The insurance plan was fantastic - less than $20 a month for two people, and the max deductible for each was $100. Not sure if that has changed though
Cons
The pay is peanuts, and you can't plan a vacation, because they never schedule more than a week in advance. I sometimes had to go in on a Saturday to check if I was on the schedule for the next day.
