      Employee Owned Company, amazing benefits for health, dental and medical

      Cons

      Growing more rapidly then can accommodate, hiring people outside the company from failing companies who have no idea the WinCo way, the policies or the principals and what has made this company thrive over time. Lost basic core beliefs.

      Pros

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break
