Management treats anyone going to school like they're not being a team player for wanting better things in life, Not sure for all stores but religious values were pushed constantly by upper management and often times helped get promotions, Management blames their failed attempts at sales on employees not working hard enough, Pretty chill if you work in the morning but evening and night crew have to make up all the work that didn't get done no matter what leading to high stress levels.
