      Great benefits and ESOP. Dress up days. Contests. Spirit days. Opportunities for growth in management.

      Cons

      Slow growing raises. Some departments more mentally draining than others. Very few and small “bonuses”. Management positions are few and far between.

      Pros

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break
