Pros
People who work there 25+ years can usually retire with $1,000,000+ Fairly good at training and helping employees progress within the company. health insurance benefits are great.
Cons
They are not good at weeding out toxic managers from my experience and from what I have heard from many others. Lead clerks and assistant managers work way too many hours and have way too much on their plates, especially when working overnights. Constant under scheduling leads to unneeded stress and an undesirable work experience.
