      Paid time off is good for a grocery store

      Cons

      One of the worst run places I’ve worked. Pretty high turnover for employees who work there under 3 years. HR doesn’t seem to be considered as far as employee satisfaction

      Pros

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break
