Pros
The best place on earth to work, in my opinion ! It's all in your performance and work ethic ! The computer generates your raises , so punch in and out on time . Take a break when your told too ....always welcome every customer with a smile as a potential new customer could be born from a customer that leaves happy with our service. So I strive make a positive experience for all... I have never seen or been a part of anything like this .....I could go on forever about the winco family.
Cons
Been with winco for 5 months and have not found even one negative thing to say . The The only hard to understand is the point system but be on time with your breaks and lunches , just suit up and show up . Should be fine
