      Pros

      A fair amount of latitude to make decisions. Casual atmosphere and friendly people. Many fun activities (pizza parties, pot lucks, breakfasts, games) giving a break from routine. Forward looking with technology (Google-centric and Salesforce Chatter) making interactions internally and between divisions easier.

      Cons

      Generally low pay. A very lean workforce, making each person wear many hats and therefore everyone is always very busy (makes it impossible to get all work done). Limited direction from above about inter-divisional interactions and "who does what".

      At this point the whole site has gone down the drain on moral and ethics on the management side.

      Cons

      No employee appreciation, no matter what you do it’ll never be good enough. There’s always some type of drama on the floor. Management has sneaky and untrustworthy ways
