      -Team is extremely lean, so you wear a lot of hats without much room for growth -Lot of administrative work -Commissions are out of your control

      At this point the whole site has gone down the drain on moral and ethics on the management side.

      Cons

      No employee appreciation, no matter what you do it’ll never be good enough. There’s always some type of drama on the floor. Management has sneaky and untrustworthy ways
