Pros
None other than the free coffee and gatherings.
Cons
They are so desperate to fill a position that they would go as far as offering someone a job literally 10 minutes after they leave an interview with zero discussion about benefits, pay, etc. Anyone who needed a job would blindly accept thinking that it was a great opportunity. The so called "training" in the inspection area was atrocious. Was practically left to my own devices since day one. I was briefly shown how to do something and that was it. The person training me was no where in site more than half the time because she was expected to do something else. I was expected to "ask a lot of questions" but when I did, I would be met with an attitude or simply brushed off. Which made me reluctant to do so as often. Was pushed to meet unrealistic goals and expectations but was not given a specific goal to reach. Most manufacturers I've worked for in the past usually have a set number of where they expect their employees to be at and would discuss it with you to inform you of it. No exaggeration, I was given ONE MONTH. ONE MONTH to supposedly know the inside outs of a company and of a product I've never worked with before. Meanwhile most employees there have been at the company for 20-30+ years. During this time I had suggested that I should be moved to a different department where it matches my skill set and where I believe I would be more comfortable at. Woman in HR pretty much asked me to walk out on the job. I didn't. I gave it my all and in the end they decided that leaving me high and dry was the best solution. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
