Very welcoming! - Communications Coordinator Winchester Interconnect Employee Review

I may be new to the workforce, but I can say with confidence that there's no place like Winchester Interconnect. I work out of corporate headquarters in Norwalk, and I can't speak highly enough on the culture. It's a welcoming environment where you can always count on feeling safe, valued and respected. On a more personal note, this has been a huge life adjustment. In the span of a month I've graduated from college, moved across the state, and started a new career. My coworkers have softened a relatively jarring transition, and I feel overwhelmingly supported through the process.
