Family Unit - Store Manager Windsor Fashions Employee Review

I have worked for Windsor for about 6 years. I have moved up the ranks from an assistant manager, to co-manager, and now I am currently a store manager. And I have my eyes set on moving up as far as I can with this company! Not only is every day a new experience, it is fun, and I have made so many friends here. When I say friends, I mean family. Obviously with being a store manager, I work 40 hours a week and tend to spend a lot of my time here (and I love it! I do so willingly!) and while being here, I have found so many people who care about me. Not only at work, but they care about me as a person. They want to see me grow and succeed and they are my shoulder when I need guidance. My District Manager, Vice president of stores, and corporate office has helped me grow so much in the past 6 years, and I am forever grateful. I could never imagine working anywhere else, nor would I ever want to!
