DM be littled store management teams and NEVER showed appreciation. Also would change store schedules to short staff the business and didn't bother to observe the strength and weaknesses of each stores staff which effected loss prevention majorly and then would get rude and frustrated with the management team. DM and upper level management was not receptive to concerns or feedback. Always their way or the high way. Under paid for expectations A lot of wasted time in store use that should be monitored more accurately at the warehouse Don't bother wasting your time with this company, rude, don't know how to run a business, and you'll leave work everyday feeling not good enough when you give it your all.
