scheduling - several times i have asked for a certain time off and then somehow i am still on the schedule. under appreciated - I have stayed later, covered shifts, etc just because I know it can get crazy and i don't want to leave my team when i know they need the help... yet i can't get a raise and i have been here for more than a year. we're a focus store and we really do a lot to keep our shrink down but i can't just put everything on the line for these ruthless customers. inconsistency with co workers- theres a certain person who makes everything complicated, not coming in for shifts, not staying in their zone, getting on register when they're not assigned there ( stealing sales) , tired of nothing being done about it. Returning/Exchanging policy - I feel like the policy needs to be enforcing especially for those customers who are rude and just call corporate because they can't seem to read that social dresses aren't returnable and you are forced to return there things just because they want to get their way.
