Pros
I have been with the company for several years now and am very happy. There are many growth opportunities although it is a small company. The environment is fast paced and requires high energy and optomistic attitudes. Yes we have goals, but they are achievable and that'sour job...to sell! Yes we clean, but I have never heard of a retail store that doesn't require cleaning and recovering. The company listens to our input if we speak up. My co workers are all very friendly. As long as you are doing your job, you have nothing to worry about! the policies and procedures are laid out very clearly and it is very structured. The pay is also very competitive.
Cons
It is a very fast paced store so if you don't like to put in hard work...then no need to apply.
