Cons
Some of the weekly sales goals are very high and hard to reach. (Especially during the day when mall traffic is slow) The job is not based on commission, but sales are stressed on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. Minimum wage pay. Shrink goal of less than 1% can be difficult to achieve.
