- Entire team are a bunch of Crabs-in-a-Barrel and cannot stand to see another person excel in their position to help out the team and would much rather throw passive-aggressive shots at you by guising it through their job rather than do better for themselves to get the same if not better results - They refuse to communicate with you about what really bothers them. Has a tendency to set you up by using specific parts of the job against you. Throwing stones and hiding hands situation - You WILL be gaslit by the Compulsive/Pathological Liars who refuse to do anything to protect you when you can ask for solid proof to be pulled to back your concerns - They would much rather "squash" the problem rather than solve the underlying issues that have and still are impacting the team as a whole.
