Pros
Love the discount, 40% off sale prices is my absolute favorite. The hours (except during holiday) are easy to work with. Flexible scheduling for the most part. Great job if you're looking for time to kill with a discount on super cute clothes.
Cons
My cons list seems to grow daily, and I haven't been here terribly long. Of course it's a store filled with girls, so the environment can be catty. A lot of the girls hired are young and careless. Shrink is almost impossible to keep up with. Not enough staff on the floor. Never enough coverage. Impossible sales goals to reach if you have more opening than closing shifts in a week. Hours aren't great if you're looking for true full time. Upper management seems to focus on socializing more than actual work. My list could just go on and on.
