10yThank you for taking the time to write this review because it gives us the opportunity to take a look at areas in which we can make improvements. I apologize for your experience not meeting our expectation with your interaction with Corporate, but I will ensure that I personally address store visits with all departments to foster a more positive experience. Windsor does have an extensive training program that covers from the first day on the sales floor to Store Management so it appears somewhere the ball was dropped with your training. This is an area in which I can ensure there is consistency in the quality of training being done at store level. Again, thank you for your feedback.
