-While there are opportunities for growth, there is only a loosely organized infrastructure to follow a career path. -Company is growing so quickly that any: central office, mid-level, high-level, management positions are highly competitive. -Mid to Upper Management operations very loosely from site-level perspective. Things change day-to-day, week-to-week, month-to-month. If you can't adapt to constant change, this is not a good place for you. -While job security usually isn't an issue, performance measuring and personal metrics become more and more stringent in a dynamic company.
