Pros

Depending on the site is what makes or breaks the job and your position. We do have early friday's during the summer. The are flexible with time off. Medical, dental, health insurance sucks. You get what you pay for. Vacation, sick personal time is good.

Cons

The pay and yearly raise isn't't great. You are underpaid and the yearly raise is a joke. The corporate office makes you like you don't know how to do your job and they treat you like your not part of the Wingate family.
