Senior leadership does not provide clear standardized direction to achieve goals. Strategic pathways change often and result in poor outcomes. Some of the senior leaders do not have the administrative or managerial skills to be an effective leader. Decentralizing promotes lack of standardization and results in less then adequate survey results There is lack of oversight

I have had a positive experience working here and have appreciated being part of a team that is committed to providing quality service and creating a supportive environment. Leadership encourages collaboration, and there is a strong focus on resident/customer experience and team engagement. One of the things I value most is the opportunity to work with dedicated colleagues who genuinely care about their work and support one another. The organization also provides meaningful learning experiences and exposure to different aspects of operations, as well as internal growth opportunities.
