I have worked at Wingate for over 3 years and I can not say enough about what a great organization it is. I have worked at many facilities from Westchester to Albany ( 2 union facilities) and they do not compare in benefits to staff, working conditions and atmosphere. Whether it is employee recognition trips or parties, supplying rides and food in bad weather or sending flowers/cards to recognize personal loss or to congratulate a gain.. Wingate cares about their employees. I enjoy being able to be on the floors talking , laughing and joking among my Wingate family.>>>>> I AM WINGATE PROUD!

I have had a positive experience working here and have appreciated being part of a team that is committed to providing quality service and creating a supportive environment. Leadership encourages collaboration, and there is a strong focus on resident/customer experience and team engagement. One of the things I value most is the opportunity to work with dedicated colleagues who genuinely care about their work and support one another. The organization also provides meaningful learning experiences and exposure to different aspects of operations, as well as internal growth opportunities.
