Pros

I worked in the Reading, Ma. for 7 years. It was my first job in Nursing and I will always be grateful for the opportunity because it gave me the skills to be able to move forward in my career and on to better opportunities.

Cons

They allow the SUB-STANDARD hires to abuse company policy, verbally abuse other staff members as well as patients, give mediocre to poor patient care without consequence or reprimand. Yet,the few employees who have a work ethic and show commitment, who offer AND gives superior patient care are over worked, under appreciated, not recognized, taken for granted and under paid.

Pros

I have had a positive experience working here and have appreciated being part of a team that is committed to providing quality service and creating a supportive environment. Leadership encourages collaboration, and there is a strong focus on resident/customer experience and team engagement. One of the things I value most is the opportunity to work with dedicated colleagues who genuinely care about their work and support one another. The organization also provides meaningful learning experiences and exposure to different aspects of operations, as well as internal growth opportunities.

Cons

I do not have any cons with working at Wingate Living.
