$9 hr for a shift manager position is truely insulting for the type of kitchen enviroment and work load. You could easily walk into any kitchen for the same position already making $14 hr. Invasion of personal privacy. Hired disrespectful teenagers who are unwilling to listen or be coached by the manager on duty unless you are best friends and you are the GM. Upper management is unwilling to communicate properly inorder to address any issues. Upper management is never present nor availble for communication. Lack of understanding regarding medical conditions and requested time off. Do not involve yourself with this terrible franchise. They only care about how much money they can get from your hard work until you've had enough and decide to speak up. Then they fire you.
