      Pros

      Benefits package, 401K and vesting, 24 days off a year.

      Cons

      Corporate has a very tight reign on the communities, and no decision can be made without several corporate level people signing off on it. Corporate will breathe down your neck, but there is no accountability for them. Corporate also treats onsite management like they are idiots. Definitely a lot of favoritism within the company.

      Pros

      Office staff was as kind as could be.

      Cons

      Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
