      Growing Company.Financially solvent. Good Benefits. Respected leader in the industry

      Stretching itself too thin possibly as it grows. Lots more work with not additional pay to regular staff as the company grows. Reducing benefits as well

      Pros

      Office staff was as kind as could be.

      Cons

      Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
