      Good pay, great location to work. Honolulu, HI

      Cons

      Entire operation needs a overhaul! Directors are clueless and simply collect checks. There are no true policies or procedures and they all just wing it. If you are a professional with knowledge, and have good customer service skills - don't work for Hickam Communities. Only the ignorant, and under qualified thrive in that environment.

      Pros

      Office staff was as kind as could be.

      Cons

      Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
