Pros

They provide laptops, & free coffee. They have great maps to how they want work down but they aren't used and Winn wasn't winning in my opinion.

Cons

No growth, no learning, they don't want you to advance. Aren't well managed. Property managers and senior manager have no clue what to do. Unorganized. I had a title so that I can stay in a certain pay grade because I did everything but be an occupancy specialist.

- Excellent work life balance - Hybrid Flexibility - Laid back and supportive team

Cons

- Not much, apart from slightly lower pay compared to others

Pros

Office staff was as kind as could be.

Cons

Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
