      Pros

      This is a company where you won't be bored, you won't lack a lot of work. The company provides housing in the affordable sector and for military families; a good mission all around. People are very passionate about their residents and co-workers. There are a ton of volunteer opportunities in the communities we serve.

      Cons

      There are really only 2 downs which I think are *finally* beginning to be addressed: 1. Update work practices to be more contemporary - work from home for the right roles, flex time/schedules. 2. Be mindful of the sheer volume of work.

      Pros

      Office staff was as kind as could be.

      Cons

      Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
