      Pros

      This is a family owned company that truly cares about it's employees. They work at a fast pace and have high expectations. Opportunities to work all over the country or for the military division are available for those with a good work ethic.

      Cons

      Some people can't keep up with the pace. Onboarding still needs some work. Salaried employees work long hours. A little slow to change at times.

      Pros

      Office staff was as kind as could be.

      Cons

      Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
