Employees get out early on Friday's in the summer.
Cons
Managers don't manage or take personal responsibility, they push work they should do to those below them. Pay is low, turnover is extremely high. Company summit encourage people to write positive Glassdoor reviews because the reviews were poor. Fix the company and you don't need to encourage 4 & 5 star reviews.
