      Pros

      The time off structure is amazing.

      Cons

      They treat you like garbage. I took a 3 day vacation and the day before I started vacation my manager wanted me to check in prior to my leaving for the trip. I had a overwhelming workload and do not want this workload falling on a teammate. I completed all of my tasks and left for the day as I had a wake to go to as well. I arrive back from my vacation to the news that I had been let go due to insubordination.

      Pros

      Office staff was as kind as could be.

      Cons

      Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
