      Pros

      Job experience in a short period of time. If you can handle working for Winn you can work anywhere because they do ask a lot of you which gives you a great deal of hands on experience.

      Cons

      You have to work for the company for 5+ years to get a promotion even if you're already responsible for tasks that your superiors are technically hired for.

      Pros

      Office staff was as kind as could be.

      Cons

      Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
