      Pros

      Opportunity to learn from leadership who have been in business for a long time, flexibility and treated professionally. Great Faneiul Hall location, company is really trying to understand and motivate deserving employees.

      Cons

      Inconsistency in management styles, fluctuating priorities, remote (non-corporate) sites and other offices feel neglected and outside the loop.

      Pros

      Office staff was as kind as could be.

      Cons

      Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
